Thermoforming device for processing thermoplastic plastic films. Absolutely wear-free and maintenance-free, insensitive to interference. Suitable for all standard foils, foil diameter 120mm, round or square, effectively usable: 110mm round. Free-moving film holder. Column guide for safe placement of the film holder on the object. The vacuum is generated with compressed air by an ejector. Heat wave heating elements: approx. 3% visible light; 97% thermal radiation; uniform, rapid heating; very durable. Negative pressure adjustable up to 700mbar.
